Mr. Price is Chief Executive Officer for ING Real Estate's Asian investment management business based in Hong

Kong where he has overall responsibility for the firm's business activities in the region. He chairs the regional Management Board and Investment Committee and leads a team of more than 100 people in six offices across the region. He is also a member of the ING Real Estate Investment Management Global Management Board. Mr. Price joined ING in 1996 and was appointed to his current role in July 2008 having spent the previous 4 years as a Managing Director of ING Clarion, based in New York.

Mr. Price has more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience in Asia, Europe and the United States.

He serves as a member of the North Asia Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute and as a Member

of the Executive Board of ANREV (The Asia Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles). Mr. Price holds a Joint Honors degree from the University of Leeds in the UK and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
